Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

• The Pines at Southmoor allows dogs and cats upon approval
• Breed restrictions apply
• Pets may be dogs or cats or most other caged animals (upon approval from the office)
• We do not accept Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Old English Bull Dog, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmatian, Saint Bernard, Great Dane or any mix of these breeds
• A signed pet addendum is required

Pet Fees

• $300 fee for one pet (Non-refundable)
• $450 fee for two pets (Non-refundable)
• $40 pet rent per month for one pet
• $75 pet rent per month for two pets
